Section Scoped Timing for Exams (Examiner)
While examiners can currently create sectioned exams, they should also be able to allot specific duration for each section where breaks can be taken after each section if they wish. Currently only exam duration only supports "Per Question" timing and Whole exam timing with no break in between.
